The First Love Yourself Conference (FLY Con) was born from one timeless truth — when love heals, community thrives. FLY Con is more than an event; it’s a restorative movement that calls individuals, couples, coworkers, and families back to love, which begins with purpose and overflows into emotional maturity, self-understanding, and community care. We believe that when people heal, families stabilize. When families stabilize, communities thrive. FLY Con celebrates the moment when love becomes visible — when attendees embody healing in how they think, speak, serve, and even dress. We call this wearing your power.
Why the FLY Con Movement Exists
Many of us were taught to perform love rather than embody it. Some were raised to care for others while neglecting their own emotional wounds. FLY Con exists to interrupt that cycle, offering tools, truth, and transformation for hearts that are ready to heal.

“FLY was born out of a season of pain, lessons, and healing. While I looked confident and put together on the outside, inside, I was hurting. I wasn’t FLY at all. Women would walk into my boutique and open up about their own struggles: broken hearts, life changes, and moments of doubt. Their stories reflected parts of me I hadn’t yet faced. That’s when I realized: if I wanted to represent this brand with integrity, I had to do the work.
Counseling, prayer, reflection, and community became my starting point. Through healing, I discovered that FLY was never just about fashion or appearance. It was about alignment. FLY is about feeling as good on the inside as you look on the outside.

FLY Con is a community experience powered by Teach Not Punish Family Resource Center, Inc. (TNP). TNP is a Tulsa-based 501(c)(3) organization committed to restoring families and building emotionally healthy communities through love-centered education, family support, and healing practices.
45% of proceeds from FLY Con directly support TNP programs, helping expand resources for families, educators, and youth long after the conference ends.
